On the modeling front of the building project, I have almost completed the first floor. Its about 90% done at this point, not counting some of the smaller or more elaborate details which are being left for a 2nd pass. Really all I have left to do is a few trim peices and the side alcove door.

Here is a render showing it off. Note that at this point the only surfacing/texturing done was just messing around. This render is really just all about the modeling.
